TERMS OF SALES
Any order placed with MIIKE LAFAYETTE implies the prior acceptance of the general conditions of sale indicated below.

Article 1 – Object and intellectual property
These conditions govern the contractual relationship between MIIKE LAFAYETTE, SIRET number 90269450400017,
whose head office is located at 19 rue Tagore 75013 Paris, artisan creator of personalized footwear, and the person purchasing products, defined as the customer of the miikelafayette.com site.
The seller reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale (GTC) at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GCS are those in force at the time of validation of the order, therefore from the date of payment.
All the creations presented on the miikelafayette.com site are the property of MIIKE LAFAYETTE and its creator. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any counterfeiting or reproduction, even partial, is liable to legal action. Any use or reproduction without authorization of the texts, comments, photos and articles present on this site are strictly prohibited (art.4;335-3).

Article 2 – Products
The articles are made by the creator of MIIKE LAFAYETTE, by hand, in unique piece or mini-series. Therefore, they may have irregularities or some differences in size, color, ... from one piece to another.
The photos of the articles presented are not contractual.
Each article is presented by a description produced by the creator.

Article 3 – Tariff
The price of the items are indicated in euros excluding taxes (VAT not applicable – articles 293 B of the CGI) processing and shipping costs included.
They are only valid on the day the order is validated.
All orders are payable in euros.
MIIKE LAFAYETTE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The article will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order, namely during its payment.
The items remain the property of MIIKE LAFAYETTE until full payment of the price.

Article 4 – Order
Each item sold on the miikelafayette.com site is a unique item.
It is made with care by hand, in a workshop in Paris and can therefore present variations with a similar article.
MIIKE LAFAYETTE mainly makes items to order, in order to make personalized items, made as close as possible to the wishes of customers.
Usually, the articles are made within one month, after the validation of the order. Please note that this period does not take into account the delivery time which is added once the order has been dispatched.
However, depending on the number of orders recorded, and at certain times of the year, manufacturing times may be extended. This information will be communicated beforehand during the validation of the order.
For items named "In stock", once the order has been validated, they are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 30 working days.
The confirmation of the order will be worth signature and acceptance of the GCS.
Once the order has been validated, the customer receives an acknowledgment of receipt by email, including a summary of the information of his order.
MIIKE LAFAYETTE reserves the right to refuse an order, for example for any abnormal request, made in bad faith or for any legitimate reason.
Similarly, MIIKE LAFAYETTE reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received. .

Article 5 – Rules
The validation of the order entails the obligation to pay the price indicated. Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order products, and personalized and/or made-to-measure creations.
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card or through the secure PayPal system encrypting your data. The buyer is not required to have a PayPal account to make the payment.
Once the payment has been initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with article L. 13262 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. By communicating his banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes MIIKE LAFAYETTE to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In case of error, or impossibility to debit the card, the sale will be immediately resolved automatically and the order cancelled.

Article 6 – Delivery
The articles are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the validation of his order.
MIIKE LAFAYETTE sends the articles in metropolitan France and abroad.
Depending on the weight and/or the item, the shipment is made by post via colissimo or UPS depending on the destination.
The customer can choose the shipping method he wants when confirming his order.
Shipping costs are included in the price of the items offered on the site.
The shipping costs include the costs of preparing the package as well as the shipping costs of La Poste or UPS.
MIIKE LAFAYETTE declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.
For personalized items created to measure, the deadlines will be communicated at the time of validation of the order (the estimate given on the item sheet).

Article 7 – Withdrawal
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR CUSTOMIZED, CUSTOM-MADE AND/OR CREATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CUSTOMER.
These items will then not be taken back or exchanged.

Article 8 – Liability
The items offered are made by hand, with care and attention, and comply with the French legislation in force.
MIIKE LAFAYETTE cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use or washing of the product purchased (washing instructions are given on the sheet of each item).

Article 9 – Applicable law in the event of disputes
These conditions of sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Data protection
MIIKE LAFAYETTE reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as the improvement of the services and information that we send you.

The computerized registers of MIIKE LAFAYETTE will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
